Christmas 2016

Jordan gave a talk for Kayla's girl scout troop about camping and hiking safety.  All while we got a nice tour of our local fire station.

Right after New Years, we went to Great Wolf Lodge with friends.  We booked a family suite which fit all of us and had a blast!  The kids won big at the arcades and then got overstimulated by all the prizes (hence why our family photo has a sad face). But besides that, it was great fun!

Ash likes to sleep up in Colin's bed when he goes to sleep.  Then when Jordan and I go to bed, she goes in her kennel.  Every now and then Pumpkin will stay and the three of them will sleep together.

Kayla's 8th Birthday

Of course our swimming bug had her birthday party at the Whitewater Aquatic Center. I think they all met the definition of 'girls (and Colin!) just want to have fun'

 More obligatory cuter than cute Ash pictures.  Looking back on our first few months with her, it was rough with the potty training and just training in general.  But I can officially say that she has now been potty trained for the past couple months, and I couldn't be more excited since it was only for me that she would have her accidents.
