Colin's Birthday Parties

Colin had a great couple of birthday parties.  He of course was not dainty like Kayla with his birthday cake.  He dove right in and ate just about the entire cake.  Kayla assisted with the frosting.

Sugar...sugar...presents!!  And as is always the case, whatever Colin received for his birthday immediately became Kayla's favorite toys.

For Mother's Day weekend, we had two picnics at some local state parks.  We played in the sand.

Chased some geese and walked on the beach.

Weee!

The next day was much warmer for our second picnic.

Ahhh...the wind in Colin's hair.  He really does love his hair blowing in the wind.

We tried out our bike trailer for the first time.  Kayla LOVED it, but Colin was not a fan. We'll have to try again soon.
