We took a field trip to a bird banding station. We all got to band birds and release them. It was a little chilly and rainy but the kids loved it. Kayla has recently told us that when she grows up, she wants to be a biologist that tags animals and tracks them.💓
I chaperoned a field trip with Kayla to Cave of the Mounds. Had a great time going underground and mining for rocks....I mean gold!

This seems like so long ago, but here's Colin at his kindergarten orientation!! Class of 2029, oh my!
Colin with 3 of this 5 buddies. We're pretty certain the teachers looked at these boys and thought, "yea....they'll need to get split up" and sure enough 3 went with one class and the other 3 went in the other class. Luckily there's still recess to play together!
