Summer 2017, Part 2

Here is Ashy sitting in her spot in Jordan's car while he goes on site visits.

Taking the mini-pontoon out for a spin

Guide us in Kayla!

Fun at the Jefferson County State Fair - demolition derby and lots of games

Daddy teaching Colin the safe way to shoot a BB gun

Showing off their artwork at the daycare's art fair.  I believe we have a pokemon card box, a recycled unicorn, armies, and a cat

Kayla, Colin, and cousin Jeanette!

Rocking their tattoos from the EGV farmer's market

Visited my ol' stomping grounds...Rainbow Falls!  Looks completely different though

Kayla's girl scout troop built a little library and had it installed at Jones Park where the Fort Atkinson Generals play.  They even all got to throw out the first pitch!  We then stayed to watch the game with some friends.

Kayla and Colin both did baseball and loved it.  I see more it for both of them in the future.

Ash says, 'belly rubs, pet me!'

At the falconer's picnic, Kayla decided that Merle was her dog for the day.

All of us having fun at the dog park

Our second annual trip to Great America with our friends

Daddy surprised the kids on their field trip to the Milton Splash Pad

Jordan took the kids camping with his parents while I was in Arizona

Colin and Mommy date

It's a rare moment when Ash sleeps with Kayla so Kayla must take full advantage

We went with friends and Auntie Lee to the Renaissance Fair.  Here they are trying out all the chairs.

We let them each pick out something special.  Colin picked a sword while Kayla picked a flower headband.

Kayla's look says it all on this ride!

Kayla with the wood fairy!  The fairy was very intrigued with her ice cream.

We watched the knights' jousting and we were cheering for Sir Archer.  Unfortunately, he died and Colin was very sad and thought he really did die.  So we had to go say hi afterwards.  :)

After the Ren Faire, we went camping.  It was a little rainy but we made the most of it.

Kayla and Colin at their last day of daycare.  We were very sad to leave the amazing teachers there but excited to start with the Boys and Girls Club.

Before school started, we went to the Rock River Thresheree.  Jordan went with Colin when he was a baby but we hadn't been back since.

The next day was the Junk Parade.  Always the best parade of the year.

The kids with their caterpillars.  We ended with four named Chubby Cheeks, Wiggles, Small Fry, and Grace that were all released as monarchs.  :)
