First day of school and we didn't get any pictures of Kayla starting 7th grade! But I got tons of Colin with his buddies although not one with all of them so we'll just go with the three musketeers.
Instead...they had to be recreated a few days later. ;)
Because it's been so long, I'm guessing that Colin was not feeling well here. Ashy is always one to make sure we're in good company when we're sick.
Jordan and Colin were invited to a Brewers game with some of Colin's friends
Colin joined the Blackhawk Running Club this year. Turns out he's a natural! We learned to eat lots of bananas and it was fun watching him improve at each meet.
Kayla with Daddy as her assistant coach won the McFarland Tournament!
Our friend got married and turns out we can be goofy and clean up nicely. :)

For Kayla's birthday, she wanted another hair coloring so we went with highlights. You would think I would have taken after photos...oops!
Soccer season ended on a cold note!
We let one of our chickens, Smoky, hatch out two eggs from our rooster. They were pretty cute and she was an awesome mom! The black one was Aster and the brown one was Turtle.
Happy 13th birthday Kayla! And now we have a teenager. :)

Last holiday concert at Barrie. Colin was chosen to be Theodore while two of his good friends were the other chipmunks.
Meanwhile, Kayla played a duet at her orchestra concert!
We had three instruments going last year!
