Kayla just turned five months on Wednesday and as usual I can't help but think how quickly time has gone by. I miss the little six pound infant who would fall asleep in my arms. Now I have a roughly 12 pound bundle who will quickly turn any bad mood around with an oh-so-cute smile and laugh. We just started feeding Kayla rice cereal last week and she loves it! She took to it so quickly. I'm planning on steaming and mashing some sweet potatoes tomorrow and trying some real food. We shall see how that goes.Other than the new food, there is not much new. Kayla's new thing is blowing bubbles and it's even funnier when she has a mouth full of cereal. It's so hard not to laugh! I'm excited about this wonderful weather we are having because I'm really looking forward to taking Kayla outside for walks and some exploring. Here are some picture to enjoy!
