...before Noopy arrives! Our main camera decided to go and break on us this past weekend, so we have Kayla pictures that I should put up before Noopy comes since once he's here, it will be all Noopy and Kayla. Luckily we have two back-ups and a video camera for Noopy's big day, which is looking like tomorrow, May 25. I'm not sure why he's staying in there so long because it's really uncomfortable for me, but no worries. I get to meet him tomorrow. We'll be heading over to the hospital in the morning to be induced. Besides feeling huge, I really haven't felt much change in the past week. An occasional cramp or contraction, but nothing alarming. I'm nervous about how big he's going to be. Not only is he late, but boys are typically bigger than girls, and second babies are typically bigger than first babies. Please be a reasonable size Noopy! I've been off of work for almost a week now and I'm looking forward to some change in the routine. Oh, and Noopy has a name, but it won't be revealed until tomorrow when he arrives. : )
Kayla's been going to Toddlertime at the library, and she's so good at participating in all of the activities. There's always storytime, and this last time, most of the kids actually lined up and listened to the story. This Thursday, they're having baby animals from a local farm come, and I'm missing it!! Jordan better take lots of pictures, or maybe I should just have him videotape the whole thing. It's so cute watching all these little kids interact with each other.

We decided to spend our last weekend before Noopy comes with an evening at the Blackhawk campground. Kayla was super excited about going for a golf cart ride and then discovering the pool was open! We could barely get her out of the pool an hour later when it was time for dinner. The water was a little chilly, but as you can see, Kayla didn't mind at all.

After dinner, we went for another golf cart ride to the park and then sat by the fire for awhile. Last year, Kayla was very afraid of the fire, but this year, she just wanted to sit in her chair with Minnie and watch. : )

And this was right about the time the camera stopped working, so we are out of pictures. Kayla's been sleeping better and not getting out of bed ever since she went back to Jenny's house, so we are very thankful for that. Although last night, she had a nightmare and came to sleep with us. It made me very happy to have her there knowing that things are going to be very different in the coming days. Kayla is very excited about rocking the baby to sleep and feeding him with a bottle.
Stay tuned for actual Noopy news!
