Who would ever have thought July would go by so quickly and now here we are in August already. Only 3 and a half months left! I can't wait to meet out little bundle of baby.
Baby KB weighs about two pounds now and is starting to fill out more. While she has been kicking for some time, she is learning how to kick much harder which is both cute and surprising at the same time. If she can kick this hard now, I can only imagine what they will feel like in a couple of months from now.
I am now seeing a physical therapist for my back pains on a weekly basis. For the most part, it is helping, but now instead of having all bad days, I have mostly good days with a few really bad days thrown in there. Jordan and I have our first baby class on Wednesday, but sadly, Jordan will not be there since he is out of town at a prairie conference. Instead, my Mom will be my partner for the evening. : )
I haven't posted pictures in a while because I feel like I haven't gotten much bigger, but once Jordan gets back, I will post a couple. I have a half innie half outie belly button. It's a bit odd looking. I also have the line from the belly button down.
An update on our house... We had the cleaning crew out there last week, so hopefully all the mold is out of the basement and garage. We'll have an electrician out this week to fix the outlets and get the electricity turned on. The end is in sight! Jordan and I think we will be back in the house by the end of August at the very latest.
I don't think I have posted this picture from when I was 21 weeks and shows the receding flood waters. The water was just below the top of our deck. It left behind a mud lawn that is now filled with thousands of baby maple trees.
