Kayla has had a big couple of weeks! The big news is she is walking!! Well, not walking everywhere, but will walk a few steps without help. Her longest walk was just tonight at about 10 feet. She was encouraged to get her to her books on that walk. And she gets so incredibly excited when she is walking on her own. Just like when she learned how to stand on her own, she is just so proud of herself. And we're proud of her!
The other big news is two bottom molars finally popped through! Kayla is happy once again now that those aren't bugging her anymore. Plus she's back to eating and drinking normally.
At a recent birthday party, Kayla discovered her new favorite toy. Balloons! Luckily her great aunt let her take a couple home and two weeks later, she still LOVES those balloons.
We had our first big snow storm of the season that dumped about a foot of snow on us. Of course the next day, we took Kayla out for her first sled ride! She enjoyed the sled, but not the snow. And notice her gloves! She wouldn't keep her little gloves on so I had to give her mine.
